If you paid a deposit towards the purchase of a property and in the end you did not acquire the property and the money was not returned to you, you may be entitled to a refund from the developer or even from the Spanish bank into which your deposit was paid, even if you never received a bank guarantee document. HOWEVER the limitation period to bring any claims against Spanish banks on such basis is 7/10/2020. Thus, if you think you might be entitled to a refund but you have no bank guarantee certificate you are strongly advised to contact us as soon as possible, as it will take us some time to review your case and if appropriate prepare all necessary documents to enable you to lodge a claim before the Spanish Courts, all of which will need to be done well before 7/10/2020.
