If you paid a deposit towards the purchase of a property and in the end you did not acquire the property and the money was not returned to you, you may be entitled to a refund from the developer or even from the Spanish bank into which your deposit was paid, even if you never received a bank guarantee document. HOWEVER the limitation period to bring any claims against Spanish banks on such basis is 7/10/2020.
